The Warehouse Associate is responsible for working product orders for incoming and outgoing loads for placement on route delivery trucks in an accurate and safe manner.


  • Cleans warehouse to maintain a safe and sanitary work area
  • Conducts/participates in tracking physical inventory to verify stock and identifies losses
  • Loads and unloads delivery trucks to prepare required items for transport to assigned duties
  • Performs minor maintenance for delivery vehicles (e.g. checking fluid levels, fueling, cleaning, loose bolts, etc.) to ensure safe operation of vehicle
  • Prepares orders by pulling from stock for the purpose of meeting delivery requirements
  • Receives stock and non-stock items to ensure specifications, quantity, and quality of orders are correct
  • Researches discrepancies on orders and/or invoices (e.g. overages, shortages, duplicate deliveries, etc.)


  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in related field
  • Some product knowledge preferred
  • Basic computer skills
